Oftentimes when a client is looking to rebrand, their company already has a long history with an expensive list of materials and assets that will need to be updated. Fetch! had the luxury of being a relatively new company when they came to us for help, eager to make a pivot while their company was still nimble enough to do so.

Fetch! is a unique laundry pick-up and return service, but many people still aren’t aware that such a service even exists. A big part of this rebrand was to help easily draw a contrast between this premium service and what a traditional laundromat might offer.

Early on we knew a dog motif was something there was interest in, but from there we provided several creative directions to further build off of that, one of which being the superhero theme the client ultimately went with. This idea allowed Fetch! to position themselves as the “hero” that is saving mom and others from their normal laundry duty.
